Relationships Are you struggling with your friendships, dating, marital, family, or work relationships? Get help with issues surrounding healthy family dynamics, communication, boundaries, trust, and intimacy.
Distressing Feelings Sometimes people are able to identify specific issues they need help with, while other just know they do not feel good, and they haven't felt good for a while. If you are feeling a sense of sadness, nervousness, dissatisfaction, guilt, shame, panic, or fear that you just can’t kick, it may be a good time to seek outside help.
Weight/Body Issues (Including pre-or post- bariatric surgery) Weight and body issues are complicated, often including an intense emotional component. Taking a look at the reasons behind your individual patterns around food, weight management, feeling good in your body, and/or expectations around weight /body image can help you put all of the pieces together in your journey towards health and satisfaction.
Life Changes The end of a relationship, the birth of a child, graduation, the death of a loved one, relocating, marriage, changing careers, etc. are common life changes that everyone experiences. However, sometimes the intensity of the change can take you by surprise, and getting some support through these major life events can help in adjusting.
Recovery from Past Abuse The effects of past physical, sexual, emotional, or spiritual abuse can last a long time, and they affect everyone differently. The process of abuse recovery requires time, support, and a trusting environment. Get help in healing- you do not have to cope on your own.
Artistic/ Creative Concerns Get some help in addressing the unique set of anxieties and fears that come with working in the creative fields.
